  • ManiT Runtime Library Exception — COPYING.RUNTIME-EXCEPTION: programs you write in ManiT and compile with maniTC may be conveyed under license terms of your choice; AGPL does not extend to that target code merely because the runtime is linked or embedded.

Patents (NOTICE-level)

Indian patent applications 202621045270–202621045342 (filed 9 April 2026) cover underlying photonic-ternary hardware. The AGPL patent grant applies to the software as released; hardware implementations need a separate license. This site does not publish claim internals.

Independent software implementations of T3ISA from the published specification are welcomed per NOTICE.
