These terms govern your use of www.manitc.com. They are not the AGPL license of the compiler — that lives in the repository.
1. Who you are agreeing with
This website is owned and operated by Saptarang Ventures (OPC) Private Limited (also styled Saptarang Ventures (OPC) (P) Ltd.), CIN U43900MH2023OPC413456, registered office at Nashik, Maharashtra, India.
2. What this site is
Informational pages about the maniTC compiler and related stack. Software downloads and source are provided via GitHub and Zenodo under their own licenses. Linking to third-party sites does not incorporate those sites into these terms.
3. Open-source software
Use of the maniTC compiler and related code is governed by the AGPL-3.0-or-later and the ManiT Runtime Library Exception in the distribution — not by these website terms. Commercial dual licensing of the compiler/runtime is available by separate agreement via manish@saptarang.net.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that degrades service, or misrepresent affiliation with Saptarang Ventures or the maniTC project.
5. No warranty on site content
Pages are provided as-is for general information. Status claims about the compiler should be checked against the repository. We may correct errors without notice.
6. Patents
References to patent applications are NOTICE-level identification only. Nothing on this site grants a patent license for hardware.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Nashik, Maharashtra have subject-matter jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you live.
