This notice covers www.manitc.com only — the product marketing site for maniTC, operated by Saptarang Ventures (OPC) Private Limited.
The short version. This site has no analytics cookies, no accounts, and no contact form that stores submissions. If you email us, we keep what you sent so we can reply.

2. What this site collects
- Server / CDN logs — standard request metadata (IP, user agent, path, timing) processed by Cloudflare to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not run a separate analytics product on these pages.
- Email you send us — content and headers of messages to addresses published on this site (including commercial licensing enquiries).
We do not require accounts on this site. Third-party services you leave this site for (GitHub, Zenodo, thatteos.com, manitlab.org) have their own notices.
3. Why
To operate and secure the website, and to respond to correspondence you initiate — including dual-license enquiries.
4. Retention
CDN logs follow Cloudflare’s retention for the zone. Email is retained as long as needed for the conversation and ordinary business records.
5. Your rights
Depending on applicable law (including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may request access, correction, or erasure of personal data we hold about you from email. Write to manish@saptarang.net.
6. Changes
We will update this page when the practice changes. The effective date is at the top.
